    Since our product is Physician Quality and the Diet is Physician Monitored you will be required to fill out intake forms, medical history information, and personal information through our HIPAA Compliant system.

  • Step 4: Start Your Diet

    You can choose to pick up your HCG Diet materials in person at our office or choose to have all of the materials shipped directly to your home. Our Physcian will check in with you on a weekly basis to ensure your diet is successful and all it well.

How Long do I take HCG?

The standard duration of the HCG Diet is 20 days. However your one on one evaluation will determine how long you should take HCG based on your current weight and your weightloss goals. Each plan is individualized to help you achieve the most results.

You may find that it is necessary to do more than 1 cycle of HCG and this too will be determined from your consultation. Most patients who do multiple rounds of HCG will wait 3 weeks between each round.
