Order Cancellation & Refund Rights
You are entitled to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase no questions asked. The deadline for cancelling your order is exactly 12 hours from the time you purchased goods or services from the site.
Conditions for refund
In order to exercise your right of cancellation you must inform us of your decision by means of clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by email at (blank)
We will reimburse you no later than 48 hours from the day on which we received funds from purchased goods. we will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Replacement Product
Conditions for replacement:
Replacements of product will only occur if goods
- are broken upon arrival due to shipping
- if supply of goods is within 4 weeks of expiration or is already expired.
Products are ineligible for replacement if any of the following conditions is met:
- Product is not reported broken or otherwise un-usable within 24 hours of delivery
- Product container is intact and seal is broken
- If product has been used by customer/consumer
In order for the goods delivered to be eligible for a replacement please make sure that:
- You submit request for replacement via email within 1 day of arrival of product as determined by shipping carrier and tracking numbers provided.
-You send photo within email documenting broken product with written request for replacement
Replacements will be shipped to the location no later than 2-3 business days after request for replacement or can be picked up in office, if available, at (blank) please call before arriving at office to ensure product is in stock.
